Long Term Agreement for the Provision of Business Development services.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a Long Term Agreement (LTA) with

successful bidders and select suitable contractors to carry out the on-going outsourcing needs of SP Wholesale for a duration of two years starting in July 2019 with a potential extension of one additional year. SP Wholesale is seeking functional and technical skills to develop its business further.

SP Wholesale is a company that is dependent on the budgetary and extra-budgetary contributions it receives for the implementation of its activities. Bidders are therefore requested to propose the best and most cost-effective solution to meet SP Wholesale's requirements, while ensuring a high level of service.

Proposal(s) must be/include any of the following areas;

New Service: A proposal that implies a new business, new use of existing business, or the addition of a new user group to existing business;

Enhancement: A proposal to implement a new function or an improved level of performance that extends the business beyond the base functionality. An enhancement results in a new base level of functionality;

Maintenance: A proposal for keeping the base system functioning as expected;

Upgrade: A proposal for improving the quality, functionality, and performance of a Business.
